Teaching Philosophies
"I bring a unique combination of formal education along with over 20 years of experience with horses to the arena. I'll work with you and your horse using proven theories and exercises to improve rider position and communication with the horse. I focus on safety always, as well as a resistance-free partnership between you and your mount. I'll help you to develop both short and long term riding goals, whether they be on the trail, on the beach or in the show ring.

Having a wide variety of experience in many disciplines including hunt seat, dressage and western (pleasure, reining, western riding, showmanship, etc) makes me a more versatile and well rounded instructor. I have a great knowledge base from which to pull in order to help you achieve your goals."
